Data Deletion
To request deletion or reset of your online player data, email support with your player name, country, and approximate time of your last run. We use this only to identify the correct PlayFab account.
Leaderboard Issues
If your score does not appear, restart the app, check that you are online, and open the leaderboard again. If it still does not appear, send your player name, mode, score, time, and country.
Known Requirements
Viking Row requires an internet connection for online leaderboards and sharing challenge results. Local play and local best runs can still work without a leaderboard refresh.
